How to Search and Add a Book from the Online Library

This guide will show you how to quickly find and add books to your PocketShelf library using the online search feature. Searching the online library is the fastest way to add new books, as it automatically fills in details like the cover, author, and page count for you.

  1. From your library's main screen, tap the plus icon (+) located in the top-right corner.

  2. In the Search for a book's name or ISBN field, type the title of the book you want to find.

  3. Tap the Search button on your keyboard to look for the book in the online library. Documentation image

  4. From the list of search results, tap the book you want to add.

  5. Review the book’s details, which are automatically filled in. You can tap Edit to change the cover photo if needed.

  6. Tap the checkmark icon in the top-right corner to save the book to your library.
